The City of Brotherly Love is chock full of discount merchandise and quality outlet stores...if you know where to look, that is.  We've put together this page to give you a brief overview of where the good shopping is and what you can expect to find there.  Happy hunting!

Franklin Mills Mall
Woodhaven Road, Off I-95
(215)632-1500

The Franklin Mills Mall is a Mecca of discount shopping.  It has over one million square feet of limitless retail options--over two hundred stores, if you can believe it.  Some of the better known outlets include Neiman Marcus and Ann Taylor.  All major categories are represented, which means that you can walk out of this mammoth plaza with everything you could possibly want at a fraction of its original price.  Definitely ideal for a rainy day or weekend, the Franklin Mills Mall gets our vote for the best discount shopping in the city.  Don't miss out.

Cambridge Clothing Factory Outlet
1520 Sansom Street
(215)568-8248

Cambridge Clothing is a store used by several manufacturers which sells men's apparel at deep discounts.  We recommend it for travelers who have forgotten to pack something, or as gifts for people who didn't make the trip.  You can expect national brands at at least 40% off retail, and even on-site tailoring.  Definitely check this place out if you're in the area.
